Who We Are

Belt Builders was started in 1957 by Mr. John R. Belt of Atlanta, Georgia under the name of John R. Belt, DBA Belt Builders. The company continued in that structure until 1988 when it was re-organized into a partnership of Mr. John R. Belt and Mr. Patrick A. Belt as Belt Builders, Inc.

Upon Mr. John R. Belt’s death, the company was reconfigured into a partnership of Mr. Patrick A. Belt, Mrs. J.R. Belt (John Belt’s widow) and Mr. Edward R. Belt. In 2019, the company started at a new location with renewed imagination and energy. This year brought about the inclusion of third generation sons, Jonathan S. and Joshua D. Belt into a new corporate identity of Patrick A. Belt Builders, LLC. DBA Belt Builders. This brings to our customers the stability and strength of the trusted name, Belt Builders, with the youth and energy of our third-generation partnership.

The Belt Builders name is registered with the Secretary of State and is the name under which we function today. In the year of 2020, Belt Builders celebrated its 63rd year of business in the Georgia state area.
